Managed IT Services

CCL Technologies is well aware that School Districts have their own unique circumstances and requisites. CCL works with each District to design an outsourced Technology Contract solution that is tailored for each Districts specific requirements.  CCL does not provide "cookie cutter" solutions.  Our services will meet all requirements and budgets of any School District and range from weekly scheduled onsite support to remote Helpdesk support to provide a comprehensive outsourcing of the Technology Department.

According to Need

CCL Technologies offers “As Needed” Service contracts for School Districts not able to utilize our Managed IT Services contracts.  Similar to our Managed IT Services contracts, As Needed Service contracts are given priority over non-contract customers and include all of the following support services: Senior WAN/LAN Network Services, Remote Helpdesk, Onsite/Depot Repairs & Services, New Installations and Unified Communications.  As Needed Service contracts allow customers to have all support services available to them and only be logged for what services are performed. 

Helpdesk IT Services

School Districts can always use some extra assistance in their Technology Department.  CCL can provide additional remote technical assistance for Level 1 and 2 tickets allowing School District IT staff to focus on their onsite technical responsibilities.  Our Helpdesk staff monitors and provides effective resolutions and technical assistance for incoming District Staff tickets covering a multitude of technologies that is predetermined by the District.
